We primarily provide our clients with solutions and technologies related to real-time data systems, advanced analytics, forecasting and business intelligence. Job Description: We are currently looking for a talented Office Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing admimnistrative support to the team and coordinating various aspects of the company's business operations; which includes but not limited to administrative assistance, marketing, planning and general coordination. Key Responsibilities ● Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office space ● Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence ● Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases ● Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating company events ● Support basic HR tasks such as employee onboarding and maintaining attendance records ● Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and other basic finance-related tasks ● Provide administrative support to the management team as needed Requirements/Qualification and Experience ●Previous experience in office administration or a similar role ● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills ● Strong communication and interpersonal abilities ● Solid command of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and other applications Job Type: Full-time
