Job Description

Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the seventh year in a row, is looking for an Office Administration to join the Administration Team at the Unox Arabia site.

Main activities:

· Completing administrative tasks and processes.

· Point of contact between customers and Unox Headquarters for payments and new orders.

· General office admin tasks including bills payments, local authority liaison, stationary ordering etc

· Assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial statements of the group’s subsidiaries;

· Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual group reporting in accordance with the accounting principles applied by the Group Collecting financial data from the Group’s subsidiaries, auditing and consolidating the collected data;

· Monitoring administrative activities and deadlines necessary for the preparation of Group reporting;

Requirements:

· Degree;

· Preferable experience working or studying abroad;

· Excellent knowledge of the English and Arabic;

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;

· SAP knowledge preferred;

· Willingness to travel abroad;

· Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within changing priorities;

· Ability to work both independently and in a team.
