Nursery Teacher
Job Description
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years, fostering development through play and structured activities.
Responsibilities
- Childcare and Development:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.
- Monitor and record children's progress.
- Address individual needs and provide support.
Safety and Well-being:
- Ensure a safe, clean nursery environment.
- Follow health and safety protocols.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Curriculum and Instruction:
- Develop and deliver a Montessori-compliant curriculum.
- Use various teaching techniques to meet learning needs.
- Communication:
- Communicate with parents about progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with nursery staff.
- Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Stay updated with early childhood education practices.
- Administration:
- Maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Female is preferred Native or bilingual
- Microsoft office using skills
- Fluent in Speaking and writing English, Not Omani Nationality.
Qualification
- Bachelor in Education ( Priority ) + Montessori Diploma Certification or any Early childhood Education
