Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple Shops locations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue across all stores.
  • Train, coach, and motivate store managers and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives to attract new guests and retain existing ones.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistency in operations and guest experience across all locations.
  • Work closely with the HR department to recruit, select, and onboard new store managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with the training department to develop and implement training programs for store managers and staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to store managers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
  • Proactively address and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
  • Manage budgets and financial planning for all stores.
  • Lead by example and foster a positive and collaborative work culture among all store teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with upper management and provide reports on store performance and progress.
  • Travel between stores as needed to oversee operations and provide support to store teams.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Transferable Iqama / Saudi Citizen - Min 4 years experience - Preferable Ice cream brands - Prefer Immediately joiners
