Multi- Technician Riyadh
Job Description
On behalf of our client a large private residential compound, we are hiring a Multi Technician. Based in Riyadh
- Carry out the preventive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical and electrical equipment such as but not limited to, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot air conditioning and Electrical systems.
- Participate in overtime, shift work, and/ out of hours work as governed by the necessity to maintain the continuity of operation of essential systems.
- Participate in emergency on-call service during non-working hours.
- Replace and/or repair defective components in AC systems, such as compressors, coils, and motors.
- Test and evaluate the performance of AC systems using specialized tools and equipment.
- Test and evaluate all electrical appliances and their usage.
Skills
- Knowledge of plumbing works, Electrical works, and automatic controller works.
- Knowledge about R.O Filtering systems, Water solar heating systems, Chiller and Cooling system, Central Vacuum systems, Smart Home Automation systems and Misting Systems will be an added advantage.
