We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Motor Claims Officer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims processing and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. The Motor Claims Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process, ensuring timely and accurate claim settlements, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders. Responsibilities
  • Review and assess motor claims for validity, coverage, and liability.
  • Investigate accidents and gather all necessary information, including police reports, witness statements, and photographs.
  • Communicate with policyholders, third-party claimants, and insurance agents to gather additional information and clarify any discrepancies.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and third-party insurers, ensuring fair and accurate compensation.
  • Prepare and submit claim reports, supporting documentation, and other required paperwork.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as underwriting and accounting, to ensure proper handling and payment of claims.
  • Keep accurate records of all claims activities, including correspondence, payments, and settlements.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in motor claims processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular updates on claim status.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in motor claims processing.
  • Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to policyholders and third-party claimants.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess claims and make fair and accurate settlements.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in claim documentation and record-keeping.
