Job Description

Supervise blending operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure adequate supply.

Responsibilities
  • Production Planning & control and co-ordination with concerned departments for production schedule.
  • Mixing of all kinds of pure oils, gels, bakhoors, and solid perfumes.
  • Mixing of perfume alcoholic mixture in mixing room in bulk qty.
  • Effective control of mixing activities including production of pure attar as well as mixing of attar with alcohol for spray.
  • Co-ordination with ADSL lab UK & ESMA UAE for products registration according to applicable regulation.
  • Co-ordination with logistic department for products registration in SASO.
  • Co-ordination with ministry of environment Bahrain for products registration providing MSDS to the sales department.
  • Estimation of quantity of pure attar needed for manufacturing of particular products.
  • Maintain the buffer level of incoming raw materials.
  • Control on wastage & shrinkages.
  • Effective implementation of regular production schedule as well modification required.
  • Co-ordination with directors for revision & development of regular or upcoming products.
  • Verification of production slip and rising of purchase requisition.
  • Preparation of ingredients of individual products.
  • Status of raw materials received of regular & upcoming products follow-up day to day production requirements.
  • Develop and implement department objectives, individual staff objectives along with KPIS and manage performance review and appraisal of subordinate staff based on these objectives by annually / quarterly.
  • To communicate the GMP Cosmetics rules and regulations to their staff.
  • To look after all the GMP activities in department.
  • To insure the cleaning of floors, walls, windows, ceilings and all equipment’s in departments.
  • To do work as per GMP procedures and guidelines.
  • Skills knowledge about mixing perfumes
  • Knowledge of fragrances and scent combinations
  • Understanding of essential oils and their properties
  • Ability to troubleshoot and adjust fragrances for desired results
  • Attention to detail when measuring and mixing scents
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers and related software
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to deadlines
