Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing fixtures, and fire protection systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, assess their severity, and prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for MEP systems to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance staff and clients to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance and repair work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards in the maintenance and operation of MEP systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, facilitating training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and operations. (FM)
  • Indian nationality preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Valid Qatar driving license.
  • Candidates must be based in Qatar and be available to join immediately and have a resident visa.
