MEP Project Manager – Fit Out
Job Description
Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard. Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment. Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
