Job Description

Responsibilities
- Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.
- knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Knowledge of ELV systems.
- Knowledge of MEP maintenance, subcontracting, commissioning.
- Knowledge of Autocade, Revit, CAD Software's, energy efficiency, performance contracting and
- High energy and action oriented with professional presence.
- Knowledge of building systems, energy technologies, trade buildings and high-performance design.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
- Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports.
