We are currently seeking a full-time MEP BIM Coordinator for an on-site role located in Dubai. As an MEP BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of BIM models. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated MEP designs and documentation. Your role will involve working closely with the design team, conducting clash detection, and resolving MEP coordination issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP systems and extensive experience in BIM coordination.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in MEP coordination and BIM modeling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
- Experience working on construction projects in Dubai is preferred
