Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in sales and marketing. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness and achieve sales targets in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products to healthcare professionals.
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer visits to maximize productivity.
- Participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote our products and enhance brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
