A marketing specialist is a business professional with an educational background in marketing — a multidisciplinary field that combines communication, sales, and advertising to generate interest in a company’s products and services. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
  • Development and management of various marketing programs, like content and social media marketing. Maintaining collaborative relationship with external vendors for timely and high-quality execution of marketing programs.
  • Upholding a cooperative relationship with outside vendors to ensure the prompt and effective execution of marketing programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Must be visa 18 transferable and fluent in both Arabic and English.
