  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results to management.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role in a construction or landscape company
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Familiarity with document control systems and record-keeping procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
