- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and new customer acquisition
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on results to management.
- Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in a similar role in a construction or landscape company
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Familiarity with document control systems and record-keeping procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
