Marketing Officer – HUB BUSINESS CENTER

Responsibilities
  1. *Vendor Communication & Relationship Management:*

   - Serve as the primary liaison between the company and external vendors related to the mobile app, including app developers, designers, and advertising partners.

   - Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, focusing on app development, maintenance, and marketing services.

   - Foster strong partnerships with vendors to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project execution.

   - Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.

  1. *Contract Management:*

   - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to mobile app development, marketing, and distribution.

   - Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

   - Maintain organized records of all contracts, including app store agreements and third-party service contracts.

   - Work with legal and compliance teams to address any contract-related issues or concerns.

  1. *App Store Optimization (ASO) & Mobile SEO:*

   - Develop and implement strategies for app store optimization to improve app visibility and ranking on platforms like Google Play and the Apple App Store.

   - Optimize app descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and other metadata to drive downloads.

   - Monitor and analyze app store metrics, such as download rates, user reviews, and rankings, to continuously improve performance.

  1. *Social Media & Community Management:*

   - Create and manage social media campaigns specifically tailored to promote the mobile app.

   - Engage with users on social media platforms to build a community around the app, responding to inquiries and feedback.

   - Develop content that highlights app features, updates, and user testimonials to drive engagement and downloads.

   - Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to promote the app and increase its reach.

  1. *Content Creation & Management:*

   - Produce high-quality content related to the mobile app, including blog posts, tutorials, video demos, and in-app messaging.

   - Coordinate with design teams to create visually appealing content that aligns with the app's branding and user experience.

   - Manage a content calendar to ensure timely releases of updates, features, and promotional campaigns.

   - Optimize content for search engines and user engagement within the app environment.

  1. *Marketing Campaigns & User Acquisition:*

   - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new users for the mobile app, including paid search, social media ads, and email marketing.

   - Conduct market research to identify target audiences and user personas for the mobile app.

   - Collaborate with product and data teams to align marketing efforts with user acquisition goals and overall business objectives.

   - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve effectiveness and ROI.

  1. *Budget Management:*

   - Manage the budget allocated for mobile app marketing, ensuring efficient use of resources.

   - Track and report on marketing expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

   - Allocate budget across various channels, such as app store ads, influencer partnerships, and content creation.

  1. *User Engagement & Retention:*

   - Develop strategies to increase user engagement and retention within the app, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and loyalty programs.

   - Analyze user behavior data to identify trends and optimize user retention strategies.

   - Work with the product team to implement features and improvements that enhance user experience and satisfaction.

  1. *Event & Launch Coordination:*

   - Plan and execute launch events or campaigns for new app features or versions, coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

   - Manage logistics for app-related events, such as webinars, virtual conferences, or user meetups.

   - Create promotional materials and strategies to generate buzz around app launches and updates.

  1. *Analytics & Reporting:*

    - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the mobile app, such as downloads, active users, and retention rates.

    - Prepare regular reports and presentations on app performance, user acquisition, and marketing effectiveness.

  1. *Team Collaboration & Communication:*

    - Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure marketing efforts align with app updates, new features, and overall strategy.

    - Communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders across the organization, including leadership, product, and sales teams.

    - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor apps, and emerging marketing techniques to keep the app competitive in the market.
