Job Description
The Marketing Executive is responsible for designing, coordinating, directing, hosting, executing and evaluating all marketing efforts. He/she is also responsible for developing the annual marketing plan and budget.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and delivering the day to day marketing activities for the Hotel in line with the agreed marketing strategy.
- Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery for all hotel communications, collateral and websites (both internal and external) .
- To manage and coordinate the hotel communications plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time.
- Responsible for planning and organization and contribution to the creative briefing process in conjunction with the venues marketing, all photography shoots, events and promotional activity relevant to the hotel business.
- Working closely with the digital team to deliver innovative and creative online campaigns.
- Management of design/third parties agencies in relation to the hotel business.
- Ensure that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering materials and services.
- Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the hotel detailing key achievements activity undertaken and future key initiatives.
- Support in the management of press events and where appropriate, supporting the other departments during key areas of activity.
