Marketing Executive for Real Estate Sales – VERSATILE CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER LLC

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identify and engage with potential clients through various marketing channels. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Sales & Client Management:Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients. Present and promote real estate properties to prospective buyers. Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and attract potential buyers. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and distribute promotional materials, including online listings, brochures, and social media content. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service and support. Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Assist clients with the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.
  • Market Knowledge & Reporting:Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions. Advise management on potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets. Collaborate with real estate agents, developers, and legal advisors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies. Manage and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales agreements, and property documents.

Note: Will be Commision based high paying Job with Monthly reimbursement based on actual sales .

Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits, highlighting the unique selling points of each property. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  4. Market Research & Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the UAE real estate market. Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for sales and to refine marketing strategies.
  5. Marketing & Promotion:Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns that attract and engage potential buyers. Utilize digital marketing, social media, and other promotional tools to increase property visibility. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  6. Customer Service Excellence:Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the property purchase process, from initial consultation to final transaction. Ensure a smooth and seamless client experience, fostering long-term loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
  7. Documentation & Compliance:Ensure all transactions are handled in accordance with UAE real estate laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales agreements, and property documentation.
  8. Team Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with sales, marketing, and administrative teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. Share insights and feedback to help improve overall sales processes and client engagement.
