Job Description
RAK Properties is looking for a Manager Treasury & Investment to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Ideal candidates will have a Graduate or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance, along with at least 8 years of experience in treasury, risk, and investment functions within real estate/property/construction or related sectors.
- Professional qualifications such as an MBA or CTP are desirable. Key responsibilities include project financing, fund raising, bank facility management, risk analysis, and cash flow management.
- UAE/GCC experience is a must.
