Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager. The chosen candidate, along with their team, will function as a marketing expert in both digital and non-digital realms. They will collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization and other principal leaders to devise and execute a marketing and sales strategy for the organization’s products, solutions and services. The goal is to support team to meet predetermined sales or market share objectives.

Educational Qualifications Education Degree : Bachelor Major : • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing can be advantageous. • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO, can be can be advantageous. Experience Years of Experience : 5 - 7 Years Field of Experience : • Experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. This should include experience in both digital and non-digital marketing. • Management Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. • Product Management Experience: Experience in product management can be beneficial, as the role involves overseeing the marketing of specific products or services. • Digital Marketing Experience: Including experience with SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media campaigns, and using digital analytics tools like Google Analytics would be highly valuable. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with teams like sales, product, and R&D can be advantageous, as the role requires collaboration with these teams. • International Market Experience: Experience in international marketing is a plus.
