Job Description

Managing the operation of on-demand delivery and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals.

Responsibilities
  • • Directs optimizes and coordinates full order cycle.
  • Supervises onboarding/training schedule & Quality 
  • Responsible for the communication of shifts & fulfilment
  • Ensures and improves rider compliance • Monitors performance progress of riders 
  • Owns implementation of new features and processes 
  • Leads communication with suppliers and drivers

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree, in Logistics or related field. 
  • Previous experience in the food or tech industry is highly preferred • Excellent people management skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is required, Urdu is a plus 
  • Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports. 
  • Ability to use complex computer systems
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.
