Job Description
Managing the operation of on-demand delivery and maintaining excellent customer experience 24/7. Taking ownership of staffing, service levels, and communication with stakeholders. Monitoring, measuring, and improving compliance and performance of drivers. Leads a strong team to achieve targets and goals.
Responsibilities
- • Directs optimizes and coordinates full order cycle.
- Supervises onboarding/training schedule & Quality
- Responsible for the communication of shifts & fulfilment
- Ensures and improves rider compliance • Monitors performance progress of riders
- Owns implementation of new features and processes
- Leads communication with suppliers and drivers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, in Logistics or related field.
- Previous experience in the food or tech industry is highly preferred • Excellent people management skills: Experience with managing a bigger group of people
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic is required, Urdu is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports.
- Ability to use complex computer systems
- Ability to work under pressure, handle stress, and handle many people with different personality types, diverse levels of education and abilities.
