Role Purpose | - Responsible for the implementation of project systems, structures and project controls that support the effective management and execution of projects across the entity/regions/sectors of NEOM

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES |
Key Responsibilities |
- Support all Central Finance implementation and enhancement projects for transaction processing and finance systems in NEOM
- Work with Finance departments and projects team to identify areas of improvement in transaction processing and finance systems.
- Support the troubleshooting of Finance Day to day operations covering Finance reporting and financial management via SAP and Business Objects.
- Manage the implementation of unified local and enterprise-wide projects leveraging ASANA and other project tracking tools.
- Help support Central Finance to achieve and exceed critical Finance Department wide KPI’s via identified and continuous improvement projects.
- Support the wider Finance Transformation team to deliver key strategic or local projects collaborating closely with key stakeholders across NEOM group including other group functions such as Procurement, HR, other NEOM group entities etc.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS |
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience | - 5 or more years’ experience in a similar role with a large company
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management, Budgeting, Accounting, Reporting and Financial Controls
- Extensive Knowledge of Finance ERP such as SAP AP, GL, AR, AA, AM, FI, Oracle Fusion ERP etc.
- Knowledge of leading finance system implementation initiatives

Qualifications | - Graduate degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance
- Finance/Accounting certifications/qualifications (CPA, ICAEW, ICAI, ICAP, ACCA, or similar)
- Project Management i.e., PMP, Agile etc.
