Job Description
Our Holding Group of Company is currently looking for a Male Senior Recruitment Specialist (Arabic preferably) to undertake all hiring activities for White & Blue Collar roles, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.
In this role, you will develop and post job descriptions using recruitment platforms in order to identify suitable applicants. You will be conversant with a wide range of social media for job postings and you will keep track of the hiring process of candidates.
A top-notch Recruitment Specialist will have in-depth knowledge of labor laws as well as current hiring trends
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for White Collar & Blue Collar positions
- Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers
- Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them
- Advertise job vacancies and to screen, shortlist, and interview candidates / End to End Recruitment processes
- Maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.
- Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
- Analyzing the performance of recruitment agencies (for Blue collars) and recommending improvements or changes.
- Work closely with the partnered Recruitment agents for the Blue Collar candidates
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge recruiting candidates through Overseas Experienced in mass & bulk recruitment is mandatory required
- Broad knowledge in Qatar Labor Law With minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within Qatar
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & Arabic Proficient in Microsoft Office including word, excel, functions
- Must be Locally available in QATAR With valid Transferable Qatar ID
- Able to join immediately
- Arabic is highly preferred
