Maintenance Engineer – Electrical

· Creating a maintenance plan for the plant’s equipment. · Establishing maintenance policies and procedure. · Daily checking of plant machineries to identify potential issues that may arise. · Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out. · Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance activities. · Completing emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down. · Ensuring that Maintenance Technician carry out planned maintenance. · Ensuring that plant’s machineries and facilities comply with safety regulations. · Maintain a record for the movement of spare parts. Desired Candidate Profile : · Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering · Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Maintenance Engineer · Experience in Siemens, B&R, Mitsubishi, Gefran industrial controls and actuator. · Ability to understand a variety of engineering procedures and functions. · Ability to motivate and lead others. · Team-working skills to liaise and work cooperatively with individuals at all levels. · Hands-on experience in trouble shooting Extrusion, Thermoforming, Injection, Offset printing machine, machines. · Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade others. · Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
