Long Description Job Summary
The Logistics Coordinator, Delivery Monitoring overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end delivery process. This role ensures timely delivery of products from the warehouse to the customer’s location. The staff member acts as a point of contact, managing drivers’ movement information, resolving issues, and ensuring that all delivery operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Handle queries and operational orders between offices, delivery agents and customers
- Handle invoices and maintain delivery management till completion.
- Ensure delivery processes are being adhered to and ensure systems are kept up to date.
- Creation of shipment orders
- Handle and monitor the monthly reports and dashboard.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with stores & customers to increase revenues.
- Statistical understanding and reporting of deliveries, returns and NPS.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and LMD
- Strong ability to present ideas, concepts and workflows in a clear and engaging manner
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus
- Self-confidence and forceful in dealing with drivers and customers.
