Responsibilities
- Offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service to all guests consistently.
- Be available as a point of contact for guests at all times.
- Provide personal service and attention to all guests, with a special focus on VIP guests.
- Welcome guests upon arrival at the hotel's main door.
- Escort guests to the check-in point and attend to them while they are in queue.
- Greet guests on their way to breakfast and inquire about their satisfaction.
- Bid farewell to departing guests at the hotel's main door.
- Respond promptly, efficiently, and politely to both visitors and internal customers in person, via telephone, or email.
- Ensure guests receive their welcome drink and cold towels upon arrival.
- Proactively meet and assist arriving guests at the main entrance and when they exit their transportation.
- Seek out revenue opportunities such as taking restaurant reservations and identifying sales leads.
- Maintain and promote up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
- Supply information and respond to guest queries promptly.
- Be aware of and promote all special offers, promotions, and packages available at the hotel.
- Deal promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly with any guest queries.
- What you bring
- Minimum of two years experience working in a similar position in luxury five-star hotels.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Be thorough and pays attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic is required.
- Female candidates are highly preferred due to the nature of the job.
