Leasing Clerk – Ramaco Trading & Contracting Co. WLL
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
- Female, at least 23-30 years old
- Excellent communication skills in English Language – verbal and written.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- At least three (3) years of work experience in office administration.
- Experience in Real Estate and/or Property & Facilities Management Industry is preferred.
- Able to prepare tenancy contracts with full details of the terms and conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondences to be sent to tenants such as notices related to contract renewal and termination .
- Maintain an updated and organized file of all documents related to contract administration.
- Attends to tenants inquiries.
