Job Description
Good English communication skills (oral and written) and knowledge in the use of computer software such as MS Office (Word and Excel).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of tenancy contract with full details of the terms and conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondences to be sent to tenants such as notices related to contract renewal and termination.
- Maintain an updated and organized file of all documents related to contract administration for both individual and corporate tenants.
- Attend to inquiries from tenants about details stated in their contracts and make necessary explanations to answer their inquiries.
