You will be responsible for the overall quality and functionality of our clients ServiceNow implementations.

A large, exciting business going through a ServiceNow transformation.
Description
Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for ServiceNow applications.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Setup and maintain QA and release processesIdentify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers for resolution.Perform end-to-end testing to ensure system integrity and performance.Create automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven 3-5 experience as a Tester or Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow.At least 2 years of ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework experience with experience in scripting within ServiceNow.Experience with ITSM, CSM, HR and ITBM products
