Parsons is seeking an experienced Lead BIM Engineer with at least 18 years of experience to provide technical leadership and expertise for the design and construction of a state-of-the-art stadium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM), exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide technical leadership and manage the BIM process for the stadium project, ensuring the effective integration of BIM tools and methodologies across all project phases.
  • Provide expert guidance on BIM-related matters, including model development, clash detection, and data management.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of BIM models, ensuring they meet the highest industry standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align BIM deliverables with project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client on BIM-related matters, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 18 years of experience in BIM management within the construction industry, with a significant focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360) and other relevant tools.
  • Proven experience in managing BIM for complex construction projects, preferably stadiums or other large venues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
