Responsibilities
- • Contract Management: • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of construction-related contracts, including but not limited to, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Legal Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Handle and oversee all legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
- Work with external counsel as needed and manage legal costs effectively
- Advisory Services:
- Provide proactive legal advice to senior management and project teams on a broad range of legal issues.
- Support business development activities and advise on legal implications of strategic decisions.
