Laundry Business Manager
Job Description
The Operations Head is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry company, managing the production teams, and ensuring high-quality output for all laundry services. This individual should have strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the production teams to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of laundry services
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promote services
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements
Job Type: Full-time Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
