Landscaping & irrigation (Agriculture) Engineer
Job Description
Irrigation engineers work on large or complicated landscape irrigation projects or in states that require construction plans be approved by an engineer or landscape architect. Engineers analyze existing site surveys, conduct research and identify potential structural and environmental problems.
Responsibilities
- Quoting for and carrying out Irrigation & Landscaping Projects
- Support and coordinate all activities in landscape plant nursery or project site
- Manage and supervise nursery and landscape/irrigation site
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information and understand project needs
- Specify appropriate plant selections and materials for each project.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape designs, providing guidance and support
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Continually stay up to date with industry trends and developments, incorporating innovative ideas into designs.
