Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a background in Landscape Architecture for a position in our technical and engineering office. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in similar projects. Previous employment in inner city Hardscape and Landscape Works is required. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate will be responsible for leading and collaborating with a team. The ability to work hard and adapt to dynamic environments is also crucial. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Arch CAD 2D & 3D for Architecture is required, along with excellent English language skills. Experience in working with engineering/consultancy and construction companies for large-scale international projects is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and sustainable landscape architecture designs.
  • Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Arch CAD 2D & 3D for Architecture.
  • Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Conduct site visits and analyze environmental factors to inform design decisions.
  • Select and specify appropriate materials, plants, and construction techniques.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for proposed projects.
  • Supervise and monitor the construction and installation of landscape projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture 3-7 years of experience in similar projects in technical and engineering offices
  • Previous employment related to inner city Hardscape and Landscape Works
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team leader and player
  • Hardworking and adaptable in dynamic environments
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Arch CAD 2D & 3D for Architecture
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with engineering/consultancy and construction companies for large-scale international projects
