Job Description

Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share. 

Responsibilities
  • • Service quality needs to be consistent for all the brands across the country
  • Maintain continuous business relationships with clients / restaurants 
  • Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationships and resolve operational issues between clients / restaurants and the company. 
  • Optimize the restaurant content (MOA, Delivery Time) 
  • Maintain regular relationships with various stakeholders from the brand 
  • Provide quarterly reviews to partners to showcase the areas of growth and areas of potential improvement
  • Provide and maintain high service levels to the brands to ensure a seamless experience to both, customer and partners 
  • Work internally with the various departments to ensure all the requirements of the brand are met 
  • Update and maintain a track record of all activities related to the brand on SalesForce What you need to be successful
  • In-depth knowledge of the Food Industry Market and e-commerce
  • Knowledge of professional proposal, pricing module and CRM
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and curate a solution 
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills 
  • Minimum 4-5 years of full-time professional experience in a related field
