Job Description
Junior/Senior Multi Technician – Fixing Genie Technical Services
Responsibilities
• Performing repairs and maintenance tasks across various areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, civil works and carpentry.
• Performs scheduled and/or unscheduled preventative or routine maintenance tasks at an assigned location(s).
• Performs electrical checks and repairs, including but not limited to replacement of bulbs, ballasts or lighting fixtures etc. as necessary.
• Performs plumbing checks and repairs, including but not limited to PVC, PPVC & PPR pipe repairs, Repair and replacement of domestic
water heaters, wide knowledge related to angle, float, foot and gate valves, etc. as necessary.
• Performs carpentry checks and repairs, including but not limited to repair of office or shop doors, cupboard doors, locks, etc. as necessary.
• Performs minor repairs within as required.
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
• Service, Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
• Working knowledge of general building and environment maintenance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
• A Minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Candidates with prior building maintenance experience are preferred.
• Filipino Candidates are preferred.
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
• Good Understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Good English-speaking skills.
• Exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers
• Timely response and completion in executing assignments.
• High standard of work output.
• Only candidates capable of working outside and at height will be considered.
