Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
3 years of experience in project accounting or related field.
Experience in the catering and facilities management industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for the catering and facilities management projects.
- Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project financial forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and project expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and financial forecasts for potential clients.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in project accounting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 3 years of experience in project accounting or related field.
- Experience in the catering and facilities management industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
