Junior Interior Designer
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer (based in Dubai) with 1+ years of experience in the same field.
Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking events
- Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the requirements, preferences, and budget constraints of potential clients.
- Solution Presentation: Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior solutions that align with client specifications and company capabilities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of our interior solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization processes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding our products and services to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
