IFRS Stratfinancial Advisory, a leading financial consulting firm in Dubai, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior HR professional to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Help onboard new employees and ensure a smooth induction process.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations. Manage HR-related queries and support employees with HR-related issues.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops. Support the development and implementation of training programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Foster a positive work environment and contribute to building a strong company culture.
  • Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies. Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Support the payroll process and assist with benefits administration. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or internship. Exposure to the finance or consulting industry is a plus.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
