Junior Estimation Engineer – LEELAAK HR Consultancy
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and other project documents to understand the scope of work.
- Gather and analyze data to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and change orders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and cost factors to improve estimation accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Qualifications: Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
- Industry of work experience: Minimum 4-5years of experience in construction estimation also should have Static equipment – Heat exchanger, pressure vessel , column , fin fan experience.
- Nationality preference: No specific preference.
- Language requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical and hard skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal qualities and physical abilities: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
