ITS Engineers
Job Description
The ITS Engineers will work under the guidance of the Senior ITS Engineer and be responsible for the maintenance and operation of ITS devices and systems on roads, highways, and other transportation infrastructures e.g. CCTV cameras, Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Lane Control Signs (LCS), AID cameras, LPR cameras, LAN/WAN cabinets and communication infrastructure etc. This role includes managing a team of Technicians, ensuring the optimal performance of ITS equipment, and supporting troubleshooting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of Technicians, providing direction and support in daily maintenance activities.
- Handle the maintenance, repair, and operation of ITS devices and systems, including CCTV cameras, Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Lane Control Signs (LCS), AID cameras, LPR cameras, LAN/WAN cabinets and communication infrastructure etc.
- Implement and adhere to maintenance schedules, procedures, and protocols to ensure the reliability and efficiency of ITS equipment.
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting and resolving ITS-related issues.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed during maintenance operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in ITS domain Strong knowledge of ITS devices, systems, and technologies troubleshooting including communication networks, and control software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
