Job Description
IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization and provide technical support to its users.
Responsibilities
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting
- Networking, Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Must be a quick learner
- Can work independently
- Professional communication skills with staff and customers
- Fluent in English is a must .
- Arabic speaking will be an added advantage .
- Transferable Iqama All candidates must be based in Kuwait .
