  • Performing regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Providing technical support for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Offering technical support for Smartboards, AV, and CCTV.
