Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for Windows Server and client operating systems.
- Manage and maintain SUSE Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu Server OS environments.
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
- Administer Office 365 applications and services.
- Provide hands-on desktop support to end-users.
- Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls and Access Points.
- Manage and maintain Cisco switches and network infrastructure.
- Manage Printers, IP PABX, IP Phones and other Peripherals.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor and optimize SAP infrastructure performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and application-related issues.
- Monitor and Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Perform system upgrades and patches as required.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for IT-related services.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure and processes
