Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows Server and client operating systems.
  • Manage and maintain SUSE Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu Server OS environments.
  • Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
  • Administer Office 365 applications and services.
  • Provide hands-on desktop support to end-users.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls and Access Points.
  • Manage and maintain Cisco switches and network infrastructure.
  • Manage Printers, IP PABX, IP Phones and other Peripherals.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Monitor and optimize SAP infrastructure performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and application-related issues.
  • Monitor and Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
  • Perform system upgrades and patches as required.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for IT-related services.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure and processes
