We are looking for the experienced IT Recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking events, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other tech-specific platforms to find qualified IT professionals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
- Review resumes and technical portfolios to evaluate applicants' experience and proficiency in areas such as software development, network engineering, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Coordinate and schedule technical assessments or coding challenges when applicable.
