Responsibilities
- Very good communication skill, and with more expertise in end-user support in an ITIL working environment, and with sound knowledge in M365 Migration, Office 365 & MS Teams Support,
- Hands-on on Remote Support tools, Hardware and Software support knowledge for Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Wi-Fi support, etc.
- Different Operating System support, Asset/Inventory Management, etc.
- Mandatory: GCC experience, locally available and UAE driving license.
- Duration : Long term
- Experience : 3+ years
