Responsibilities
We can offer you the following tasks:
- Order Management
- Liaison with clients, principles
- Responsible arranging the sales quotations and arranging the spares, payment follow up.
- Updating the status of orders
- Arranging purchase request and follow up for deliveries.
- Preparing shipping documents .
- Arranging the shipments collection with services providers.
- Handling customs clearance (authorization Bayan system).
- Checking order quantities and making bid requests.
- Raise the purchase order .
- Negotiating deals with suppliers and follow up the orders .
- Supporting in preparation of Inspection report of repair jobs
- Submit the reports
- Communication with clients on status of jobs
You can help us with these qualifications:
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
- Must be enrolled in a College / University program
- University degree or equivalent experience (Fresh Graduate)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, Multitasking ,Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, Analytical skills, Data Management, Presentation & Organizational skills
