International Real Estate Manager
Job Description
New Vacancy International Real Estate Manager Kuwait. Seeking to hire a Manager with Consulting Firm Transaction Team backgrounds, Big 4 backgrounds; non-Kuwaiti, with excellent Technical Skills in Deal Closing and ongoing Executions.
Responsibilities
- Transactions position to facilitate, monitor and track the review, approval, closing, and post-closing activities involving IRED Real Estate Transaction.
- Maintain a Closing Checklist for each Transaction.
- Manage the process of obtaining Third Party Reports such as Property Condition Reports, Environmental Reports, Market Reports, Legal Reports, etc.
- Coordinate Closing Documents including, Shareholder Agreements, SPA s, Development Management Agreements, etc. in coordination with External Counsel. Interact with internal and external Legal Counsel, Investment Partners, and Accounting Teams, as well as other Servicers.
- Organizational Skills in order to build meaningful Partnerships across IRED Partners, inclusive, Legal, Investment, Finance and Asset Management Teams.
- Ideally Kuwait based with minimum 5-6 yrs plus experience.
