Loooking for
Inspection Advisor with Bachelors’ Degree in the field of Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgical from reputed universit
• Minimum high school education +
• API 510, API 570, API 653, API 936, AWS-CWI or CSWIP are preferred with minimum of NDT Level II certification
• 3 years of refinery or petrochemical industry experience with Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in the refinery or petrochemical industry with minimum high school education
• Thorough knowledge of fixed equipment inspection practices
• Working knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, AWS, etc)
• Experience in developing equipment inspection strategies for plant turnarounds/shutdowns
Duties and responsibility
• Provide support to ensure high quality and timely maintenance and construction work occurs during turnarounds,
capital construction projects, and routine maintenance ((POL I/MON I/REF/UOM/POL II/MON II)).
• Provide coaching, counseling, mentoring, and technical support to unit inspectors across PRC
• Provide expertise, direction, and coordination in the inspection, testing, design, alteration and repair of fixed equipment.
• Responsible for historical and corrosion research, reporting, documentation and repair recommendations as
required by the operation and management.
• Promotes environmental and safety objectives of PRC in line with the international standards.
• Develops and implement programs to improve the reliability and safety of fixed equipment.
• Provide root cause failure analysis of components including corrosion research, reporting and supervision of
