HVAC Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for talented individuals to join us at Ansar Gallery.
Responsibilities
- Plans and reviews the activities of the in-house and contract workforce in the maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems/equipment.
- Supervises all HVAC staff.
- Diagnosises equipment trouble, improves equipment performance, performs equipment failure analysis, chooses between maintenance and purchasing options, and sources tool equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains all DDC control systems associated with the power plants.
- Completes employee disciplinary actions, hires and promotes employees, provides training and development of employees, and prepares work schedules.
- Schedules annual/semi-annual inspections of all equipment.
- Establishes safety training with campus safety officers.
- Reviews construction documents prepared by Facilities Planning and outside architects.
- Ensures the university complies with regulator regulations and inspections.
- Performs other related duties as required.
