Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Monitor and control inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies.
- Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate HVAC projects.
- Train and mentor HVAC technicians.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in project management and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Valid driver's license.
- Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Must have Pharma background Experience in project management and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
